Employees

Having an employee in Panama can be a little complicated for a civilian, especially if you are wanting to simplify your life.
According to Panamanian Law you and your employees must be registered with the Caja de Seguro Social
(Panama's Social Security Administration). It is also in the employer's best interest to maintain contracts with their employees,
requiring registration and other processes with the Ministerio de Trabajo (Ministry of Labor). But that is just the beginning.
Then there is payroll, which includes complicated calculations and payment schedules, if one is going to follow Panamanian law.
Why worry about compliance when we can take care of it at such a reasonable cost?
